Participation of Yemen Petroleum Company in supporting the National Economy

• Yemen Petroleum Company (YPC) is considered as one of the units of the General Establishment for Petrol & Gas that is a subsidiary to The Ministry of Oil & Minerals and its main activity aims at marketing the oil products in the local market. The Company has been contributing in supporting the national economy. For the purpose of supplying the Yemeni market with all its requirements for the oil products, it has been set up branches for the company  in most of the governorates in the Republic to cover the requirements of these  governorates for the oil products, and to face any throttling of supplies down. YPC is a gigantic company that has got many assets represented by transportation fleet, buildings, oil establishments, and its capital is estimated to an amount of (45) forty-five billion rials
