The Yemeni Petroleum Company reaffirms that the US-BACKED Saudi-led coalition continues to detain (2) oil ship with a total tonnage of (57,735) tons of diesel . the currently detained ship has been through “4” days of sea piracy, despite the completion of all those ships all examination and audit procedures through the mechanism of the verification and inspection mission in Djibouti (UNVIM), and obtaining UN permits that confirm the conformity of the cargo to the conditions stipulated in the concept of the verification and inspection mechanism operations, which confirms the violation of the relevant UN formations with the provisions of the International Convention on Human Rights and the rules of international humanitarian law and the law of armed conflict, and all applicable laws and customs, as well as their permanent disregard for the UN armistice, as well as the essence and objectives of the Stockholm Agreement, which in its entirety stressed the need to facilitate the arrival of basic materials and humanitarian aid to the port of Hodeidah in a manner that meets the needs and aspirations of the Yemeni people. * Attached is a detailed list of the detained quantities and ships.
